We want you to love your bikini! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With hygiene liner still intact
  • With all tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn or tried on without underwear, or without the protective liner, cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size only, depending on availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (if eligible)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
