Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

- Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier using your tracking number first.
